CALL FOR ARTISTS
Just a reminder that we're starting up an database of pictures for the newsposts, and we want your original artwork!
Images can be of anything, as long as it's your original work - don't worry, we'll find a way to work them in! Gunwallace has sent us a batch of really cool, wacky pictures and I'm already trying to think of ways to write posts for them. We'll also give you a nice little plug when we use your artwork, so this is really a win-win.
Ideally, art should be square-ish and no smaller than 395 px, which is the standard size we use for newspost images. Contributions can be sent to us the same way you would send us comic milestones or news - via PQ or email to myself, kawaiidaigakusei or ozoneocean. For more details please take a look at kawaii's newspost earlier this week.

The Call for Artists: What we're looking for is a source for the graphics we use at the top of the newsposts. Kawaii and I draw most of them ourselves, which - while I often enjoy it - can sometimes be tricky. I'm travelling and away from my tablet, for instance, so I wasn't able to make anything for today's post. I think it would be the coolest if people make us new art, but I know that's a big thing to ask. So if you have a splash panel from your comic or something that you think looks really good, that also works! The only parameters are that it can't be any smaller than 395px wide. (And it has to be safe for the front page, of course - no nudies or excessive violence. :P)

Sorry, bonesofruin! I guess I wasn't clear enough! Milestones: these are usually done 25 pages at a time - and it looks like Demon Juice is about to hit 50 pages, actually! There's a stickied thread in the "Meet, Greet, Show and Tell" section of the forums that explains milestones in more detail - I believe it's called "Newpost Guidelines 2.0" If you still have questions about milestones/news, feel free to send me a PQ. :)

Hmm... i think i here what you guys are saying, but not 100%, ok, i finished chapter 1 of demon juice, is... that a milestone? would the icon i already have applied to the preview thumbnail of demon juice or my avatar in general be the squarish thing you want? or... i dont know, this post is kind of confusing but im interested in sending you guys of art of anything you want!
