I find it a bit disturbing that you mute and admin review anything short of praise. Obviously you think your above honest reviews and crit, and that is realy looked down apon at DD. I ask you to reconsider your brash treatment of honest reviews, as my tips would help you in the long run.
And no it doesn't have to look good, but it helps in the long run. MOst people will look at a comic's art first. If they think it's ugly, they'll leave and not even read the text. So even some decent artwork will hold readers long enough to find out your funny. The other problem was that the art was missleading. I couldn't tell what was happening in panels 3 and 4.
The humor is still falling flat. The joke is very rehashed and often ends with "dammit". It's funny the first time (the springer edit was great) but the image of the sock and egg just looks odd. When your editing pictures of people, in this case Jerry, be careful when your copy and pasting them or painting the back ground. Most JPEG images will cause you to get fuzzy white marks around the picture resulting in the low quality. Average work again. As you can tell I've been giving good honest reviews, seeing as the admins aren't removing them. If you want to mute it, meh, whatever, but you need to realize, I'm giving you advice to get better. It's people who think they're aboce advice the will never improve. So please, listen and don't be one of those people.
