Legal stuff aside It seems to me that the only true limitations of pooka magic are imagination and sky-iron, skin tones and other color changes appear to be difficult and only the more skilled pooka can imitate someone else, more common application of pooka magic is beneath the skin, things like agility, strength (Daisy flipping chef) and possibly the ability to matablize large amounts of tranquilizer before it starts blocking their magic intake. Also demonstrated is the "Gas/filter Masks are for noobs" effect where the pooka modifies their nose to handle toxins (I bet Lan tested that in his room before his first visit to Old NYC). It would seem that pooka take on most all the characteristics of what they turn into yet usually leave a tell of their true form when they change, usually having to do with their fur colors. so if a pooka wanted to have a form covered in tank like armor and all, all he/she would need is a way to advert the effects of sky-iron and magic dispeling

I image Lan stating when asked his plea saying "Well I COULD plea guilty on the account of insanity or plea self defense and get away with it relatively easily seeing as you lack much hard evidence seeing as while i was in Omaha when this all started i was never caught in the act of the alleged crimes, However I'll plea innocent on all accounts and I have a defense that places it out of most anyone's jurisdiction. Wait if a pooka imagined that they were bullet proof would they become bullet proof? Like how Lan didn't need a gas mask in Old New York? I got it they need to use rubber bullets as placebos while they are imagining themselves as tough and bullet proof... It would explain their resistance to almost everything and if they worked on mid combat shifting they could really be accused of "foal play"... Oh gods wait till they hear that term... or better yet "Mountain Lion" or "Honey Bear" or "wood elf" or "Scare Crow"... I'm wondering what they would do with the term "Water Tank"...
