Ozoneocean was called away for a quick unexpected trip to Bali. Ayesinback and Banes were quick to leap into the breach and take over... and run wild, smashing all the furniture, spray-painting the walls, and whizzing in the corner. Seriously though, I think they did a pretty good job and I hope you'll find it interesting to listen to the first QC with neither Skoolmunkee, NOR Ozoneocean popping up at any-stage. Featured in this QC is the DD Soap Omnibus edition (What Happened While I Was Away), Ayesinback and Banes discussing the upcoming new improved 2012 DD Radio Play (they need scripts!), and two great spoof comic features. No editing at all from Ozoneocean in this one.

i find it impossible to find the precise sound effects I want D= I'm planning to make a quackcast radio commercial for my comic but i can't find copyright free bar-themed sounds.

Thanks you guys! Wow! With the sound effects, there is copyright-free stuff online...stuff that creators release with either attribution (credit) required, or with "no credit required", which are the sounds I use, exclusively (other than the opening songs we grabbed...the ideas were too good to resist...but you're right, grabbing copyrighted songs is probably not the best practice...).

Banes and Ayes were great! have to be careful with sound clips and copyright though. Rotating guest hosts is a decent idea, but they'd have to be 100% guaranteed to get the thing done on time. The penalty would be little the Secret Santa: being banned from participating for a few weeks or something unless the excuse was solid. It's a great idea anyway, we'll see what we can do!

haha I'm loving this. Although at some point we really should do this whole rotating thing for the quackcasts. I'd love to appear as a guest at some time, i doubt I'd ever be as funny as you guys are, though.

Thanks so much!! I'm really glad there's "like" for this QC from more than just Banes and me cuz I had doubts . . . we obviously had (too much?) fun. I'd definitely do it again; Banes is a good time (the bathroom wall did not lie). and Jamie - oh yeah - Very punchy. I never fully recovered from the "pork pie hat". just typing that now makes me smile all over again

Thanks, Jamie! I will say that Ayesinback is every bit as charming and funny as she seems to be online. Although, I guess even the quackcast is "online". Hmm. But thanks to ozone for having us do it...man, it was so fun. Some bits o' business I edited out included me and ayes talking about the metric system, about how much water one should drink (and the perils of same during a long podcast record), and our great love for Quackcast, ozone, and skoolmunkee. Anywho, this was a total blast and I'd do it again fer sher!

Congrats Ayesinback & Banes. This is absolutely hilarious. Loved the send up of Ozone's & Skool's comics. When youall got punchier you just got funner & funner. This is a great Quack cast!
