I feel your frustration here, believe me! lol I really wanted to do this page though as I'm an incurable romantic and wanted to try and get across just how close these two really are despite the fact that they seperated. I love the pressure it puts on Sarah too! lol On one hand she has Alison who pesters her and Lucy who seems unattainable while Janey is a constant reminder of a relationship she so wished would last forever. But Janey cheated and that's a tough hurdle for anyone to put behind them let alone the fact that Janey is in another relationship now as well.

No deeper meaning behind the kingfisher other than it is so beautiful? At least no-one made a "Frozen" reference (until now :P)

Hi guys, I didn't think there would be many responses yet but I've been pretty surprised by the enthusiasm of all your reactions so far. On SmackJeeves I asked if the readers thought they should kiss or not and there has been a lot of very passionate views come out on both side with those in favour stealing the lead. It's nice to see though that here on the Duck you are all very single mindedly okay with the idea and it does seem that maybe as most of you are long term followers of ours that you can understand the bond between the girls as much as I do. :)

Beautiful page again - panel one is jaw-dropping! The symbolism is great as well (the water ripples, the dandelion parachutes blowing away...) Their joy seems very genuine, as does their prudence in not doing anything stupid (as fun as that would be!). A+ on this page!

Well, they _did_ basically grow-up together, so would be offended if they couldn't spend a quiet day together. Still holding out that they will spend their 'grey days' together, in a home somewhere

Beautiful page, your characters are so relateable<3 Sarah looks lovely, really kind of want them to be together again but there's always the fact that old relationships are ''old relationships'' for a reason. :/ And its easy to forget that.
