Valentines Day - Retro Cover

The panel I used for this cover was first used way back on the Scotland holiday where Sarah and Janey reunited for a few days after their split. I'd done many romantic clinches before this one but as these two had always been so close to my own heart since the beginning of the comic I felt a strong urge to have them both embrace each other again for one last time. And Becky's colouring as always just seemed to bring them both to life so well too.

he 'one last time' was so sad haha... I hoped to see more Janey before the end but again i see how its no more room. Its more important to keep focus on what happened to Lucy and her ghost thing. Its so many questions!

IB: Enlarging old panels for these covers really makes the eye focus on the art so I have to be very picky about which ones to use.

Oh yeah I sooooo remember the Scotland Holiday!! I soooo thought these two were headed for trouble, even though a part of me was sorta rooting for them!! I love these mag covers you're doing!!

Dear Sky, Great art work! I wish we had R rated comics back years ago. Feb. 1964 I was thirteen years old. Its amazing how fast ones life goes bye. tommym

Tommym: Yes it is surprising. On a year to year basis I never really feel the change but it's only when you look back you see how much life has changed.
