Hello there. Today I will be teaching you how to make funny jokes, or rather, get yourself in a goofy and hopefully funny mood. I will tell you how I do it, but this doesn't make you funny. Remember, some of us have gifts, and others don't have them. I am one of those who don't. But whatever.

HO-kay, let's start.
1) To get yourself inside a funny mood, try listening to comedy music or comedy records or watch comedy TV, or something. Do you get what I'm getting at? No? Oh… I see. Anyway, try listening to Lemon Demon or Weird Al.

2) Next, think about your story. If you don't have a comic with a story, like maybe Garfield, then skip this step. Think about what someone like Weird Al or someone else famous would say in a situation like this. Then Try and build up to the punchline, much like www.bobandgeorge.com does. Occasionally it may be something stupid, something obscure, whatever. Hey, if you can think of something funny, do that.

3) Now, if you're making a comic strip with NO story, try thinking of something completely crazy and try to make a joke out of it, or think about everyday life and think of something funny offa that. Occasionally if you break the fourth wall, it's funny, but don't overdo it. A good (somewhat) example of breaking the fourth wall would be the first comic in http://www.drunkduck.com/MiniFanboys/ .
Well, I think it's funny.

4)And that's another thing, if you don't think it's funny, some other people might. Others might find it horrible. Show it to a few people. See what they think, and take their advice. DO NOT be like this:
