This is a world for the Magi, and not simply lived in by those not capable of magical ability.
Sashimi Clover the lead character, one of countless others, is that kind of person. Someone without magic called by magic folk as, Zeroes. She makes up for the lack of magic by creating inventions with a long lost non-magi art she knows only as, "SCIENCE".
