Sir Charles Sirtup III–Author, translator of fly texts, comic illustrator, and cartoonist is an extremely private person and little is known of his early years or, for that matter, his later years. Born in Romulus, a small town in lower Michigan, he later drifted to California. Today, Sir Charles resides in the South Pacific a beach comber and mostly undiscovered novelist and cartoonist. In 2011, Sir Charles was called upon to illustrate and translate the BooK of Flies text and the books resulted in the modern FLYLAND Trilogy. These books, the scribed texts of literate flies from antiquity to the present time are available for those interested on Amazon Kindle. Sir Charles' second novel, Hunting Snow Tops, 2034 is a futuristic tale of America gone bad. The liberating format of The Duck Comics inspired Sir Charles to renew his work on an established comic strip, A-Bomb, to offer to the Duck Web Comics audience. A-Bomb will run oldies but goodies for a time while Sir Charles studies the Duck format and then will begin new tales of a nuclear world driven by the soulless technology of our times.
