Steven Taveras is an Illustrator and aspiring writer whose daily moneymaking profession is to work as a receptionist at the gemological Institute of America in New York Cities Diamond District. He received his Associates in Visual Communications from Gibbs NY and is currently enrolled in the Borough of Manhattan Community Colleges excellent Science program to begin his venture into Astronomy and the Earth sciences.
Steven attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music Arts studying fine arts and received a well rounded education in many fields of art. Evereything from drawing to oil painting to printmaking and woodshop and holds the highest appreciation for all forms of art. He is currently continuing his passion for art and storytelling through his Web-comic “The Blue Earth” which he considers his life's work to bring to full fruition for the masses to enjoy.

In the distant future a war mongering dictator named Malovick has come from seemingly nowhere to wage war against the Sol Alliance; a coalition of governments belonging to the life bearing planets of the inner solar system. After succumbing to Malovicks powerful assaults Jupiter was overtaken and is now Malovicks main headquarters where he rules supreme. The rest of the planets continue to struggle against his attacks but Earth remains to be his main target. Who will come forward to be the heroes that will stop this power from taking over everything? only time will tell if anyone can stand against such a destructive force.
