Lan..has stuff to do.. places to be would most likely just find Disney H annoying.. and tell him to f off..lan also likes the underworld.. it's home.. he likes dead people.. he uses the dead as allies.. to build.. fight.. and protect his world. and Lan loves his family..and friends..D.H is lacking all of that.. he is at disadvantage as a result in any fight...

My money's on Lan, partially because Disney's Hades isn't allowed to do anything that would result in an R-rating, partially because Lan doesn't put up with histrionics.

the water from the underworld (forget which river) used to poison the arrow was Lan's. As for the arrow, it's hard to say, but chances are he was allowed to steal it, James Hades spent a lot of time carefully pulling a lot of strings, and in the case of Spencer, because of his sympathy for Pooka, including a childhood friend, he may have (knowingly or not) given James permission to make him a part of his plans. A lot of things had to go right for James' plan to work, his phoenixing, Lans ascension and the elimination of Zagreus being the most critical and hardest to pull off if left to chance, so he didn't leave it to chance.
