I'm reading a book called "Hyperion", there is a chapter where a lady in her mid 20's encounters an entropy field and starts aging backwards. Every time she falls asleep she grows a day younger and loses a day of memories. Quite heartbreaking. If the thought of a hard science fiction Canterbury Tales appeals to you, it's worth checking out.

Mango prime isa god of time protection of her own timeline is her primary interest. She uses mango alpha the adult her to edit and control the time line.. death can't be controlled by time so is aware of time being edited..
