All the gas giants in our Solar System have rings. Saturn's rings are only visible to us because the thing's made of reflective ice particles. Neptune has the weirdest ring. It IS a complete ring, but only sections of it are reflective. The rest of it is even more diffuse than the rings of Uranus…

If we compare them to necklaces (on what you have said)... Saturn's is mostly silver, Jupiter's is ...lets say a leather collar, Uranus's is a cross hidden under it's clothes, and Neptune's is a fishingline holding silver.
