Despite the injury, that dream was just so awesome that you're in a fantastic mood! Your “unbridled joy” stat leaps high enough to totally rush through the cave opening with reckless abandon. Maybe even so much as to, say, take on a Brachiosaurus or something? You know, whatever's around.
