Mashed Potatoes

Piece of advice: if eaten in excess, carbohydrates will turn into fat tissue. Having too much carbs before sleep might also disrupt the functioning of growth hormone.
But enough of that nerd talk :)
Umm… Hi again! It's been… a year. Friggin… twelve… months… :O But I'm here :) It's like I've been on some other planet for most of that past year, doing completely different things - but I missed everyone! You know who you are. Boy, have I got a LOT of catching up to do!
And just so you know, I haven't been slacking all that time! What you see above is the same page you saw last year - but drawn in an old-school, cartoony way. I took that much time to develop a style that's cute and simple - and easy! And to amass a healthy buffet… Errr, I mean buffer. So, starting today, it'll update three times a week: on Monday, Wednesday and Friday!

Vickie: Fit'z alive! LOL! Digestion can cause so many problems I'm almost afraid to eat ;) Especially with my food allergies and all :\ But we're not celebrating the Thanksgiving Day here in the merry Land of Po, so no turkey for me, anyway ;) Gary: And I missed being scared by the friendly dragon ;) Tantz: Oldie? I'm not even 30 yet ;) Bocaj: Thank you! :) Oh and what is that thing in your avatar? Machinehead: Thanks! Trevor: Yes! I'm back - to cause mischief and chaos! ;) I'm the evil twin, after all!

Hey! You're alive! ^_^ Complex carbohydrates cause tryptophan to build up in the brain. It's actually the mashed potatoes, bread, and pies that make people sleepy at Thanksgiving, not the turkey. So, a high carb lunch can make you less alert and is not good snack food for studying. (I always used hot wings and soda to keep me alert for studying.)
