Inspector Cain is based off Dr. Cain from Mega Man X, but he's named after him, and he runs the police HQ, and that's about it. I couldn't really find a normal-name equivalent for Signas. The closest was Siegfried, and that's too obscure.

i read your archive and i think your comic is very original
