"Easy Now" Pg 1

This story and characters started as an invention for a one-shot tabletop RPG session with plenty of homebrewed hijinksy rules. The players led the story to pan out so perfectly that I wound up converting the roll20 log into a 30,000 word draft of a short story for a Camp NaNoWriMo but never took it any further than that.
Rather than letting it rot in my google docs for the rest of my life I've opted to take one small bite at the apple with a 16 panel mini-comic of limited colours, cast and paneling so I can at least start to get my head around how to tell a long-form story in this medium.
As my first tentative step, we have the mysterious ranger of the party; Emma Blackburn.

horses are horrible but comics make you draw the stuff you hate every single week for the rest of your natural life so at least you'll git gud, right?

Tip for new players: If you don't know how to draw comics or horses then maybe don't make your first 16 panel mini-comic average >1 horse per panel

Hey, you're trying. They are identifiable as equines. A lot of pros just do something that just looks like a weird dog. As usual, this improves with practice.
