Sorry about the delay; I really had a project to finish that precluded me doing a Thursday strip. Also, I just got a new tablet as of Thursday, (before I had drawn normally, then scanned and colored by computer, etc.) and I'm still getting used to it, to drawing via tablet rather than pencil, pen, etc. This is the first public piece of art I've done with it. Panel three, the lines are more wavering than I would like, but it's all a matter of getting used to a different medium. A pen is different from a pencil, a paintbrush different from either, and my tablet is unfamiliar to me.
I searched for a possible name for the project that would give the President access to the other Gangers, then decided the “Crossoverkill Initiative” sounded good enough, and worked in well with the title.
I'll have an update this Thursday IF I learn to use this tablet better. Keep your fingers crossed.

maybe he saw an alternate reality that was so close to his own that he figured he could use it to see what the russians would do, and then it turned out that he was apocalypticly wrong.
