The creepy, pandimensional Sisters of the Twilight vs. MM. Their names are Shudder and Slither. They have an adopted “sister” at home they call “Horror” but she doesn't travel well.
They travel the dimensions with ease. The multiverse is THEIR element, as fish are at home in the sea or birds in the sky. They don't need any device or any pan-dimensional “catwalk” to travel between realities. Their only problem with MM is that they couldn't find HER particular reality—but instead, she came to where they could ambush her and settle an old score.
They also can drain the life-force from other living beings. Here they're just draining a little bit of MM's life-force, humoring the Smiling Man, who they regard as a powerful upstart….but who has plans for MM, and indeed for the rest of our crew.
For those who might be visiting for the first time, click on the “previous” button to see the cameos of SOMETHING POSITIVE's Choo-Choo Bear, DIESEL SWEETIES's Clango, and APPLEGEEKS's Eve, all used with the creators' kind permission. Cameod without their creators' explicit permission (although not for lack of trying) are cameos of Bun-Bun and Oasis of SLUGGY FREELANCE and Pint Size of QUESTIONABLE CONTENT which I kept up because the creators didn't turn it down either…they just haven't responded in time. If you've never visited those comics before…by all means do so. You're in for a treat.
Be back here Tuesday and Thursday of next week as the battles continue…
And remember, in addition to Crossoverlord, some of the original comics, like Mindmistress, are still updating---MM three times a week, Lightbringer doing a weekly guest update, etc. There's even rumors one of the ones in hiatus might come back pretty soon...
So it's like All-Star Comics or Justice League or Avengers...in addition to the group appearing in The Crossoverlord, they're appearing in their own webcomics also.
Well, we've got one down and five more artists to go. It's just a matter of each of us taking a deep breath and having the pages ready to go when the day comes. Some of us are better at doing that than others, but we're actually prepared for this one.
Wait, did I just say one down and five to go? That makes six artists. I wonder... Hmm...

Hardly. My vocabulary simply has an inherently wide spectrum of verbal alternatives with succinct verbal application. Perhaps there is an element of stochasticity to my discourse which caught you off guard.
I have absolutely no idea what I just said.
Well, THIS should be interesting. Mindmistress is in trouble. You think Dasien's gonna come to her rescue?
...
OF COURSE SHE WILL!!! What kind of stupid question is that?! She's not malevolent.
The only catch is, what happens when Dasien goes to rescue Mindmistress?
Find out next week, cats and kittens!
