Nicely done. Just use some real backgrounds, instead of just lines and paint. Try to add borders to your tails on the speech balloons.

Ha! I like the Emerl-Megaman Edit ^_^. Just fix your textboxes and use actual background and you have a 5-rate comic!

Overall it looks very good. All it really needs are some actual backgrounds and better tails for the word ballons and I'd say you're well on your way to making a great comic.
