Clip Studio Test 1
KimLuster on April 8, 2018
So I got a neat little present recently! A graphics tablet screen with pressure sensitive pen, etc… So I downloaded a version of clip studio and tried it out. This is my first ever drawing that's totally digital!
Good lord this technology bombards you with all the options - not sure I'll every figure it all out! Took forever to figure out layers, brushes, and other settings… Still, I'm a little pleased with my first try!!
I may try a few pages of my new comic with this!!

This is a beauty! wow! What kinda tablet? Clip paint is the new name for manga studio, right? I still haven't figured the program out at all. Excellent job here!

Yeah, and apparently the Manga Studio people felt that the word 'manga' was turning lots of people off from a great product, so... the name change!!

Hey Banes, yeah it's Huion a graphics tablet! Per the reviews, it's supposed to be the Poor Broke Girl's version of a Wacom, but I think it works splendidly for what I'm trying to do. Was a bit of a headache to install - the drivers for the Pen Sensitivity kept interfering with Win 10s native drivers. per the forums it's apparently a well-known issue but the documentation on how to fix it is almost non-existent. That made me almost throw it out the window!! But we’re past that – gonna see what I can do with it!!
