I'm too nice of a guy. I saved your picture and resized it in photoshop (because anything else is for tools).
Copy and past this in your URL bar:

I saved the picture there. Just right click it and save it. Just go to this page in your control panel and select edit, and upload the newly saved picture. It may take a little while but the smaller image will replace this one.
The deminsions you want for this is 850 pixles width and 1099 in height. Just go into photoshop if you have it and click alt+ctrl+I and it will open up the resize menu. If you don't have photoshop, we'll, I can't help you there. Good luck.

I like the guy in the glasses already! But anyhooo, the pages need to be smaller! It can be easily resized using photoshop. and probably most other programs.
