*It's late, I know. But my computer was running a virus scan yesterday, and it took forever. It started at 4:30 in the afternoon and didn't end until near 3:00 in the morning. And it made GIMP nearly impossible.*

I'm putting together a crossover project for next year to run through multiple comics and hopefully benefit the Hero Initiative. If you want to participate, e-mail me at karamesser@hotmail.com or PQ me on this site.

I've also started an IndieGoGo campaign to help me pay for artists for my projects. Please go to the campaign site and donate some money. I would appreciate it if you could give money. There are some fun perks involved. The site is here: http://igg.me/p/213480?a=408482

Also, Heroes Alliance, here on Drunk Duck, has begun uploading a story I wrote and many drew. Sure, I drew more pages than anyone else, but there is some great art in it, too. I wrote the story two years ago, so it's nice to see it finally going up. It's updating daily and is epic in length.

Top page: To this point, the consistency has been pretty good to me in the artwork. It's not going to stay that way, but I like that I could do it for a little longer than usual. Also, I realize that now instead of fire behind the demon it's a color fill, but I can't always post that background.

Bottom page: Confused? Read the Hey Fox! part of the 2012 Halloween Cameo Caper. It will say who these two are and why my characters are chasing them. Fun fact, though–I didn't look at the reference images before drawing their feet. Hopefully I got them right. I know I didn't get Fox's face exactly right because of looking at the reference later than I should (and despite eventually looking at the reference, I still didn't look at the feet to know if they were more human or more animal–silly me). I also wanted to reference what the Runner said on the Hey Fox! page, where he pointed out the dog and cat, despite me showing that he didn't know what a squirrel is. This explanation is simple and makes sense to me. It would be weird if he wasn't taught what a dog and cat were, actually.
