I'm putting together a crossover project for next year to run through multiple comics and hopefully benefit the Hero Initiative. If you want to participate, e-mail me at karamesser@hotmail.com or PQ me on this site.

I've also started an IndieGoGo campaign to help me pay for artists for my projects. Please go to the campaign site and donate some money. I would appreciate it if you could give money. There are some fun perks involved. The site is here: http://igg.me/p/213480?a=408482

Also, Heroes Alliance, here on Drunk Duck, has begun uploading a story I wrote and many drew. Sure, I drew more pages than anyone else, but there is some great art in it, too. I wrote the story two years ago, so it's nice to see it finally going up. It's updating daily and is epic in length.

Top page: It's a simple page, but I again tried to play with layouts, having no traditional panel borders. I just realized that the arm could be the panel border and went with that. Also, I draw the background fire for the first time, and I know it doesn't look nearly as impressive as the photo I'd been using. I just can't always use a photo when I can't draw it, myself.

Bottom page: It's the KAMeo page! Gertrude and Brunhilda are from the KAMics, and there might just be another cameo from that comic. But the two girls are dressed up as famous detectives, and I am the first to draw them into the Caper, since KAM has been a bit held up with his comic (I believe it's both artist block and getting ready for a convention).
And yes, the Swimmer is insinuating that she thinks Gertrude and Brunhilda might be a couple. In actuality, they aren't, but they do seem to be attached at the hip. It's possibly a good thing Brunhilda didn't hear her (and was probably rolling her eyes at what Gertrude said).
And just now looking at the page again, I realize I drew the Swimmer's hand in panel 5 wrong. I hate it when I don't catch such a thing in time. If you notice, I also forgot to draw some bits in panel 4, but at least there I could still color them in.
