That middle panel's a tie in to Karabear Comics Presents Special. Even though that comic is a bit of distance from when this would have happened, it does tell you where Karabear Comics Unlimited is, or near to. Yes, it's not exact (is the character going to or coming from the place where you see the character like this?), but such is as it is.

And Eiderdown sees the effects of Kokotomo some more. I'd be surprised, too, if a swimsuit suddenly materialized on me.
