Almost there! :) Her family created many mental triggers in her mind. One of them, if activated, can help her. It doesn't work on Andy and his trauma, but maybe it can work on her.

oh sweetheart he was attracted to you from the start. i know you went through a nightmare experience but you need to understand it is over and the guy that hurt you wont hurt you again when you blast him with a shotgun shooting his junk off in the process. as for the man you are kissing now he loves you. he loved you when he first met you i knew it.
