ooh chaos should make a big bad character who takes advantage of orders detailed descriptions of the parties agendas to pit the teams against each other. then fracture the winning team with different opinions about what they did the the other team, their differen't personalities, different motivations for their shared agenda. And then show that chaos character actually didn't have any evil scheme, they just dealt with two violent groups that were stalking them.

Too much work for Chaos, particularly since Order almost certainly has long and involved backstories for her parties (that are probably intertwined), all of which Chaos would need to read in order to discover how to pit them against each other. That's so not his thing, he'd rather just make a Bard with access to randomly activated Wild Magic that has a 1% chance of nuking any random ally nearby (so having multiple allies means stacking percentage to nuke allies).

Order, I suspect that when Fate said there was "no limit on the number of character's", he didn't mean you could run more than one at a time. Don't make Chaos Rules Lawyer YOU. You both know it will not be pretty if you force him to do so.
