Ok I “Borrowed” the Archer Mage idea from Magiversity's “Gun Mage” and the Cursed arrow idea from Riley's Life_with_Dragons. The two idea's together solved a plot issue I had. Thanks guys.

Well Druid technically the arrow had something personal to Star, her blood.

The 'Target tracking arrow' is a common in many fantasy stories. I keep coming across versions of it in many novels. ...usually you need something relating to the person in order for it to track them. In one story, a person's name was inscribed on it. In another, they attached a something that came from their body (for while a person may be lured to a location using a personal effect, the piece of flesh/hair/skin instead would want to return to the body).

Well, if Gogo and Baby can't do it, I don't think anybody can.

Maybe she could turn the arrow into something harmless, like a sponge?
I actually thought the arrow was a refence to a spell in Buffy that target and object or indivdual and kill it.
