I was getting the idea some of you were assuming that this disaster is happening at the Institute. But the fact is the Institute is pretty far from ground zero. But the institute is one of the Terran superpowers along with the Dragon Lair. You could even call this story the tale of two islands. Maybe I will.

It's not going to do anybody downwind any good when it lands either. Mind you it should spread out a lot by then, so it could just enrich the soil.
