does remind me of a guy I knew who played a necro as a healer in a d&d campaign...except all he had was dark magic...so all his healing was done with creative uses of spells like sewing zombie parts back onto injured team members. or just straight up killing them to resurrect them. (fighter) I swear, it is just a paper cut.. please don't stab me again!!!

not if they are the source of the taint, besides, she's probably as powerful as any necromancer can be without being a direct descendant of a death god, from what we've seen. while its a lot less material, and she probably isn't wizard class, we've seen how the body parts of powerful magic users can become liabilities, Exhibit A (IRA) controls a very powerful, aggressive force in the MM Galaxy

This occurred to me rather late, the city of Mall was one of Terra's most important economic centers, the next most important we know of being the Wizards' Fortress so not only is most magic based infrastructure crippled, but so is basic trade beyond that. industry, at least what doesn't rely too heavily on magic isn't as affected, but the challenges of getting product to market will still be crippling.

im guessing the slimed thing is a bit of a reference to Ghost Busters. As for the fingers, If IRA is anything to go by, not to mention all the various blood binding magic lore that can readily be pulled from (don't recall if MM has done that thus far) severed appendages and digits of powerful magic users are if nothing else an incredible liability, i also suspect they might be key to removing the demon taint, they might be what the taint magic is tied to, so for her to be cured, the fingers have to be purified one way or another, the Demon Shepherd held onto them for a reason.
