So Lan Hades was behind Ava and Danek’s mischief. Lan felt very strongly that the baby they rescued needed to survive. The baby is going in for it's first check up with then kid’s Grandma. Maybe Dark Eyes will tell us more. And maybe someone will give us all a look at the baby.

When dealing with reapers as she was at the beginning of this arc she maintains her Apex Reaper aspect. As soon as living people showed up she shifted to her Hindu Kush aspect. True she stayed reaper while the kids were there but yes she can shift between her aspects. The new face spikes don’t go away and her braces have become permanent.

@mhalpern There seems to be a bit of a disconnect. What I'm trying to say, that because it is instinctual, Summer and Lana would need to learn how to produce venom on demand. I don't believe Lana even realizes she has this ability either, especially since its likely that Sky still hasn't been told that Lana is her grandchild. Sure Spencer and Sky welcomed her to the clan, but to them her actual relations are still murky. Warmwind only told them that Thermal and Pip are his kids.

fair. though Summer would know she has the ability, and enough people know Lana's heritage around these parts. you can force an instinctual reaction in a controlled manner, if they find the venom glands they might not need to trigger it either use a needle or local electric stimuli

@mhalpern, I don't know. In Public Humiliation, Sky seems to imply that even in her non-battle form that she could possibly produce enough to kill a humanoid. As a tiny prick was enough to leave a child almost completely immobilized. I mean yes its a child, but this means Sky can actively control how much venom she wants to produce. Do to the original function of the venom, this is something that needs to be learned to control. I can imagine Lana and Summer accidently killing someone on instinct do to this.

yes but this wouldn't be direct application, (from the source to patient) especially not for Lana, though probably not Summer either if she isn't practiced in controlling the dosage, HOWEVER, they can use indirect application and provide a bunch of numbing agent to various healers and medics in a pinch

So it turns out Lana might be venomous, all females from Sky's side of the family (including Sky) produce venom. It can kill in large doses, but in low doses it numbs the muscle. Apparently its used to get rid of unwanted mates. (From newest PH page)

could be useful in triage, between her and Summer, they probably only produce a limited amount but the "unwanted mates" implies they produce enough to get rid of full grown fur dragons in battle form, so plenty of numbing agent if we baseline average human/elf mass,

i thought so too and asked on that page, and Ron said it wasn't, then i looked back, and realized the character design was very different (we've seen the False Goddess's likeness on flags and banners). The one berating the soul shepherd is either independent or (more likely) a high ranking enforcer.

Nope, one of the high elf kingdoms, the techno-dwarves, the old paladin order, are all still working together, and the gnomes still have limited free will. All of that would be hard to maintain if the false goddess revealed herself as a target. There's also whomever is controlling the skeletons in old NYC,

You know, I'm kind of disappointed in the nature of the False-goddess. I was hoping the False Goddess would have been the twin-sister or maybe the cousin of the current goddess. Something to muddy the waters a bit. Also I still think Lana is being groomed for a Hade's like position on Terra. She would make a good goddess of the undead among other things.

months, only because Lana knows about her heritage, there's a time jump somewhere in the middle of A little more that's about 1 yr MM time, to allow for Habibah's Song and the Replacements Adventure to take place

I like the scale shot in the first panel, Reaper's Freedom is likely closer to the camera but Seeker, Tackle and More Room are all at similar distance, and if i am seeing it right, More Room is landed on Seeker's deck. More Room is about the average size for the Stingray class family,If More Room was just a bit skinnier, it'd be able to squeeze in Seeker's hangar.
