Hehe… double update! Sorry about that. Real life issues are crowding my time. blech…

That's a Dress Jewel she's using. Pretty common in the world of the Magiversity, though only magic users use them. Like many of her other items, it was given to her by her big sister. I believe Magical Girls also use jewels or items like that one, except for some odd reason the magic undresses them first. O_O
