Sorry everyone - work got crazy-busy, and so Spike got tired and is sleeping out this page.
ejb: I've killed and buried more than a few creatures that I've raised … yep, that's definitely how it goes on even a tiny farm. As my father-in-law once said, “You do a lot of burying on a farm.” And since for once I'm working on a fairly well-scripted story (shock!), I can promise that the “moral dilemma” theme with bandits will come back again. Rohr, for his part, has no dilemmas.

Aerniths isn't THAT big. I'm sure Spike could take him. I bet he's resting up in this panel for a good pounce.

Ha! Dvorle's nimbleness has to be admired. Love the palette and lighting here! Other standouts are the lumbering caravan, slumbering feline, imposing fort, and curling currents.
