Backgrounds kill me. I never want to draw that house ever again. I am very proud of panel three–I just want to give Mr. Darby a hug.
I was surprised at how much trouble I had with panel two. Drawing characters from farther away is very hard in the program I am using. I have Jasc PSP on my laptop, and I use vectors for the outlines. It's a pain in the rear, but easier than redrawing the same circle eight times.

hmm... now we find out the mother/wife is missing...interesting...the colors are really nice and painterly...the hand is a little wonky in the last panel but nice attempt...so do you do all the drawing on the computer?
