[311] Gizelle's Grand Festival Appeal!

So I really tried to up the flashiness of this appeal. I might redo one or two of the panels that I am unhappy with.

I've also decided to omit the whole scoring system, looking back, I feel it was very flawed, and having the judges comment would be better.

Alice is up next! Sorry if I don't have an update till Wednesday, Im gonna be a little busy the next couple days!

I'd give this appeal an eight if it was just for me, but if it was for all the judges it would be 25. Needs more flashiness in the center, where Wigglytuff stands.
