This comic is funny for the wrong reasons.

Those sprites of yours have no shading on them, it's just block colour. Also it's obvious to see where you got lazy and didn't fully recolour parts of the sprite, leaving some of the original colour, like on the top of the cap and between the shirt and pants. They'd look much better if you took the time to colour the sprite with different shades. Despite all these 'cool flashy effects' you have going on, the text and bubbles leave much to be desired. If you brought them up to speed with the look of your comic it would make the comic's overall appearance much better. When adding those black boarders to a panel, do make sure you go right up to the edge of the panel and that you don't leave any space, like on panel three you left a strip of blue where the black boarder shouldhave covered it.
