On the surface, this comic is about a character who finds he can't move. But we find it truly terrifying because it connects to our own deep-seated fears about the loss of control: becoming a cog in the capitalist political-industrial complex, and the death of free will in a deterministic universe. Most of us, rather than facing these fears, use entertainment as a means to forget them, hence, the irony that "the horrible lives of cut-and-paste cartoon characters" are described in a documentary film.

In some cases illustration's can make or break a comic... In this situation the comic is torn to peices with the horrible copy and paste drawings you may think it's a good idea to do such a thing but all it does is prove how lazy the illustrator actually is. If I were you shadow I'd either let him go off the comic or overall just stop the comic alltogether.
