Ron, the Janitor, is a “silent” protaganist that communicates through pictures. He is also the punching bag. The Doctor is a senile old man twisted with insanity and wizardyness. He is the one that enjoys inflicting pain on Ron, mentally and physically.
Ron says in panel #4:
1) Straw bed?
2) Lake of lava?
3) Are these conditions habitable?
