Like basically, Alpha-Bette's got the whole super strength, speed and invulnerability thing, she can read minds and levitate and is a super-genius and has the best reflexes and is humble.

Eliza-Beta's got a downgraded version of that, so she's decently strong, tough, got above average reflexes, can float small stuff and is above average intelligence and can sense emotions.

Omega-Beth basically just has the physical stuff without the mental stuff.
