Ahhh, I’m gonna put up a colored pic at some point. At the moment I’m still getting the story written out and getting used to drawing my characters again. I have to train my hand to draw them consistently. He still needs some fine tuning, but at least I finally have an image for him. He was the most difficult to get out on paper. Meet the new Manta, everyone!

No specific anime, but anime in general. Final fantasy also has an influence in my designs, as well as Disney, and the Dark Crystal. But yeah, mostly anime.
