Filler: Jack's Crew

Sorry for the filler this week. I love my job, but it has been sapping my energy with training and changing to a summer schedule. (I work in a National Park, and school is out now, so the vacationers are flocking.)
Anyway, I drew a draft for this a couple weeks ago while waiting for my car to be fixed, and I just had to get this idea on paper. It's related to the next chapter, for which I am still working on character designs. This picture is a glimpse into the untold pasts of two recurring characters some of you might recognize – and a teaser for “Captain Jack” who was mentioned earlier (pages 1163 and 1164).
