It's been a rocky year so far. I crashed my car. I lost a hen and a pet rat. Interviewed for a dream job (and didn't get it). But I have a seasonal job lined up, should get my car back soon, and am now raising some chicks.

I rewrote this entire chapter last week. Off-the-cuff, it has a better flow, accomplishes what it needs to.

I lazied my way through the visuals with cut-and-paste. Looking for flashback pictures, I got enveloped in my previous story and got terribly distracted reading it again and reminiscing about art and writing that seems so much better than I've been creating lately. -_- It's more depressing to see old things I'm proud of than old things that I've improved upon. Anyway, maybe I can channel myself from a few years ago.
