I haven't managed to make a buffer, and it is a feat I have a page for you today AND an essay. You might have heard on the news that things are not calm in Greece; especially now that we have officially lost our Sovereignty. So like in the times where Without Moonlight is set, we are again called to defend ourselves, our land and our Country.
As such I have very little time to make comics as I used to. I will, however, continue nonetheless, unless something extreme occurs.
On another note, as I promised I have put up the first essay on Nazi Culture, and will follow up with Nazi activity in the Balkans, then tackle the Italians and the Fascists. I am waiting on the parts about real German culture, because nobody's better to describe that than a German ;)
Anyway continuing, Basil is back, and has salvaged his grandmother, so he can enjoy her bossying him around XD
usedbooks: Thank you very much! It means a lot. And I will keep updating :) // Abt_Nihil: Thanks! I had fun with the 'tch' panel. It's Basil's way to admit he's out-argued. XD I'd love to hear what your objections are. There was supposed to be a forum for WM... I'll try to locate it so we can discuss it there, so that maybe others can join in too :) // bravo1102: That's quite right!
I'll be keeping the people of Greece in my thoughts and prayers. The country's been having a rough time. :( But aside from that, I am happy to see a new page of WM. They might be far between but worth the wait. Gotta love a tough granny!
(1) Beautiful page. I especially like the little beat in panel 5 - "tch." Plus, grandma rules! (2) I am also appalled at what happened in/to Greece these past few days, but I have a feeling this won't go on much longer. (3) I read your essay on Nazism, and it made me understand your own view a lot better. I have a few theoretical objections, but I guess we can discuss these elsewhere. (4) I've been very busy these past few weeks, but I'll try to work on the essay I promised you, and I'll also try to say something about the relation between Germany and Nazism.

It's not that bad to be bossed around by someone who talks sense. It's when they don't talk sense that it stinks.
