you don't have to start over just fix it as you go along. the tv show lost messed up but kept going.

I liked this comic all the same, so far. As I do an episodical comic with just the barest minimum of coherent story and never really used any more script than a few notes that are as basic as they're illegible I might not be the most qualified commenter. Nevertheless, I'll totally second Kim and especially Amelius - I strongly recommend to mark her words, as she's a true webcomic veteran, who has constantly churned out awesome art and writing for more than a decade. The most important thing really IS not losing your drive. Everything else, incongruities and such, is something you can work around. Webcomics offer you the unique freedom (in contrast to print comics) to allow a story to flow in its own way. I should make use of it, if I were you, and try not to fall into the other extreme of a script that doesn't leave you enough elbowroom. What you've got so far looks great, and I'm sure you'll soon find a story to match once you've calmed down and slept over it a bit.

haha I hear you...! I had the opposite problem...! You're obviously a very talented artist - you just have to get your story together...! I had my entire story laid out, but, as I'd never done freeform art (had always just sorta redrew pictures I was looking at...), so rendering my story to artform was inititially dreadful, but I got better... So... don't give up!!

But, manic enthusiasm is like the best thing! It's good to catch those things early though, and I'm glad you're not giving up just because of a little hiccup. Actually there's nothing wrong with that writing style! Scripts are good for reference for indeed, isolating continuity problems, but they're often more for the benefit of team projects. Though a peer review might be good, if you got someone with good synergy you can talk to about the story (preferably in person for live reactions)I'd say definitely try and discuss things with them. Sometimes just saying an idea out loud can lead to even better ideas!
