Was going to originally make it a much more subdued, intimate poolside with just the mermaid. When I saw Jason Moon's pool party it was obvious the there were more folks headed out there.

That's how he thanks her for trying to teach him how to swim! It clearly worked with Quail, didn't it? (Sorry if I sound bird-nerdy, but I happen to know that quail species with a plume on their head are native to the American-Mexican deserts, normally. I also suspect that a certain duck who managed to forget he can fly was glad to get a refresher course. All of which has got to mean that she's in fact an excellent swimming teacher besides many other things and just prefers the learning-by-doing method - I'd let her teach me any time. 😁) But what I actually wanted to say all along: this looks awesome!
