I don't think the layout is a mess. The dialogue calls for it, and the pauses are all in the right places, visually, to have their effect.

Yeah, figuring out where to place the word balloons within the panels can be a challenge, but you managed to do an admirable job here; I'm just glad to see a new page. The teasing between Dom and Missy was fun banter to read; they both seem to possess sharp, rapier wit . . . I just get the sickening feeling that Missy will end up getting hurt at some point, knowing that Dom can be a bit of a playa. Guess we'll see how this all plays out.
