Melan, formally known as Monocle-chan, has blue hair and a Monocle...I think. He's not a Shadow Fairy, unfortunately, I think he's a robot or something, I dunno really. Lolwut? I'm so lonely being the only Shadow Fairy who hangs around DD. *sigh*
