Big advice, many people don't like sprite comics here.

Welcome! First off, don't listen to Crocty. It's true a lot of people don't like sprite comics, but try not to acerbate any situation by dragging it out into a brawl. That sort of crap gets people banned. Crocty, I thought you knew better?
Either way, I can see you've been here a while, but it's always good to have fresh forum food. My mind maggots will enjoy you quite a lot. :)

About what Crocty said - If there's anything I've learned about having a game-based comic (I had something similar to a sprite comic - although it wasn't sprites per se, the art wasn't exactly spectacular), it's that some people will like you and some people will hate you. Stick with the fans, and take what the haters say with a grain of salt. Of course, that second part may seem impossible since sprite-haters sort of are a social elite here at DD. But have they gone out and dragged all the current spriters from their house to be publicly hanged? Of course not. Other than the admins, accept the social authority you want to accept here.
Unless you're in the top drawer, which constitutes as suicide for any spriter.
One more thing about spritecomics: if people say yours is unoriginal, throw in a wild card. I mean, I wanted to do something about megaman for the longest time. After wallowing in unoriginality, I made megaman a steam-powered “Constable Mega-Man” in Victorian England, and people only complained about the art. Nobody hated the concept at all, to my recollection. It looks like you're doing Sonic, so try something a little different with Sonic and take a risk. Then people won't potentially hate it as much as they would.

I hope the comic does well, but meh…i doubt it…
Plus i cant draw too well, unless i spend a week on it, so sprite-dislikers may just have to put up with it im afraid.
