Okay, this is an idea I've had since I found out I wasn't the only Aussie on this site. How about a special comic written by the Australians of Drunk Duck. Each artist draws up a page, to be carried on by the next person.

Example: I'm the comic founder. Person A gives me a page. I then put it up and then person B has to make a page continuing from that (No pre-made script or basic plot, unless you guys want one)

Only things required is that you're Australian and you'll be able to get the page to me before a week is up. Also, you'd have to E-mail me if you wanted to do a page so I could tell you which page you'd be doing (Or the assistant, if I get one)

Who's with me?

So it's Starving Artists but only for Australians?

No offence but Starving Artists (the official DrunkDuck community comic) managed to struggle occasionally and that was with it being open to everybody. I'm not saying you won't manage but I think we'd be better off with an open comic like the previous incarnation.

Fair enough. Okay then, I'll go with any one can do a page. New rule, you must break the 4th wall at least once every 4 pages you do

I shall call it: something when I think of a name

I beg to differ. On a lighter note, stop trying to provoke or it will all go horribly wrong for you, and do try to stay on topic.

So…what you're all saying is I should stay with the Australians only idea? Keeping in mind it's only for DD

You can try, but keep this in mind:

DD is a decent sized community, and there are surely quite a few Aussies among us. However, just because they're here doesn't mean that they will participate.

They may not like the idea, or be to busy, or just not care.

So you can try, but odds are it won't last.

All right then. How about if I have a go, then when it fails, I do a comic for every one to be involved in

I'm not trying to discourage you or anything, I'm just saying that sort of thing has happened before.

By all means, I'd like to see an Aussie only comic group, it would be neat.

It's just the chances of success are rather low.

All right, think I'm going to go ahead with it. All I need now is a list of Australians on Drunkduck so I can invite them to this comic

I may be able to help. Although, I don't even know if I'll participate with Drunk Duck once it goes up, because for a “freindly community” I was acused of Trolling at my first post.

Hopefully that'll look up, though.

Good, I'll have the comic up as soon as DD comes up. I've started on the first page. Basically how it works is say I put up a page and then you'd do a page coming off from that. The next person would continue that page on their next page.

Example, first page some one is changing in the lockers. You could make him a football or cricket or anything player and then maybe he turns and sees some one. It could be his manager, coach or some hot groupie who wants to give him a good luck quickie before the match

Yes, but there is a difference between “plenty” and the HUNDREDS of Americans/Canadians.

You'd also make it easier on yourself if you registered a forum account. Though if you really don't want to you don't have to.

I'm all sorts of sad that i can't add a page because i'm not austrailian. I wanted to do a page for Starvin' Artists, but i never got around to it, and then DD crashed.

I already said every one's invited. Because no australians were signing up until now that I've said every one can join

I'm Aussie, but I'm lazy. I might think about getting around to doing it though.
And there are BILLIONS of Australians out there with talent, Mc Ewin! For example, moi. :-D
I know you didn't mean for it to sound flaming, but your remark did irritate me!!
