Tried out a new art style here, but since it takes so long (which I'm sure you've all noticed) I only did one page. Hope it was worth the wait:

That's freak'in AWESOME!!! Although, batman's stance in the last panel seems a little off. I'm not quite sure, he just looks sort'of weird.

PS = I for one - wouldn't mind seeing this kind of style more often. Once again, fantastic job.

Very impressive. First panel reminds me of The Killing Joke. Other panels remind me of Jim Lee's style a bit. And of course there are elements of the old animated series. But yeah, very good stuff.

Killing Joke is definitely an influence on my version of the Joker, but for Bats, my style is more more based off of Neal Adams, not really Jim Lee. While I do like Jin Lee's style, Neal Adams is the definitive Batman in my mind.

And Peter, you may like this style, but If I used it more often you'd be lucky if I updated my comic once a week, if that! It's really time consuming and impractical for webcomics. Which is why you haven't seen it really till now.

Also a big part of BGH is that it's supposed to look like a Bruce Timm cartoon.

Sorry. I really wish I could of been done with it.

Take tomorrow to try and ink it if possible. And then just letter it. It doesn't have to be in color or anything fancy.

Unfortunately, tomorrow is my only day off and I already have a ton of stuff to do then as well, so I'll need to pass.

sorry guys, been without my internet for a little while, and wasn't able to do my page..just wanted to apologize :(

I guess I didn't know how right I was when I had Batman say: “This ends now” in the last panel…

I've been getting kinda sidetracked. If anyone else wants to do anymore pages, the list is ready and waiting. However I'm not going to be here next week cause of spring break, so I won't be able to update them to the site during that time. I'll probably find time to do a new page of this soon. Until then we still need submissions to continue the story!

My first page was in my own style, this page was in B:TAS (with some tweaked designs) and the next page i do will be in “The Batman” style. And i'll keep switching styles for every page i do, so at least if i do end up finishing it, it will at least LOOK like a calaboration…

Listen, guys why don't we just lay down a rule saying something like, “If you don't post something within twice the amount of time you said you were going to post, than the next person goes.” Does any of that make sense?

It's one thing to go a while past when you said you would, because Hey, art takes time. But to not at the very least post: “Hey guys, sorry it's taking a awhile but i'm working on it” just so we know what the situation is…
